Cycle & Cycle Strength

Experience the exhilaration of Indoor Cycling with rhythm-based classes, led by fun and engaging coaches. Our cycle workouts ignite your fitness journey in dynamic 30-minute sessions designed to torch those calories and sculpt your body. It’s pure pedal powered fun accessible to everyone. 

Our cycle/strength variation doubles down on traditional cycle classes by adding an additional 25-minutes of coach-led strength training to balance all that cardio with weight training. 

Whether you are a seasoned cyclist, a beginner, or somewhere in between, you can join our amazing coaches and awesome, supportive community in an intimidation-free zone. Unleash your potential in a fun and effective workout pedal by pedal in an atmosphere that celebrates you!

Yoga

Our yoga classes are a fantastic way to tone and strengthen, improve flexibility and balance, and hone your mental focus. Whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi, our instructors cater to all levels. Through consistent practice you’ll notice transformations in your physique and energy levels. Feel the stress melt away as you strengthen your foundation and achieve a new level of vitality. Great all by itself or as a cool down to any of our more high-intensity classes. 

Circuit

Circuit classes are an hour-long balance between cardio and strength training - splitting your time between getting that heart rate up, keeping it up, and throwing around whatever weight is right for you. Our coaches will help you through a full body workout whether you walk, jog, run, or want to grab a stationary bike and cruise some miles instead. We focus on short duration, high intensity cardio blasts, recovery breaks, and a variety of free weight, body weight, and resistance or suspension training.

Strength

Our 55-minute strength class is all muscle, just like you! We start with a quick warm up and then work through a curated set of exercises in approximately 10- to 15-minute blocks. Skipping the cardio means you can push yourself to reach for the heavier weights and take a little extra time between sets to catch your breath and encourage muscle growth! All fitness levels encouraged to join the Swole Patrol!

GROOV3

Looking for something different to get that heartbeat racing? Our Groove3 dance classes are high energy cardio hip hop parties infused with fun and funk to get you moving. Whether you think you have two left feet or you can cut a rug like Bruno Mars, this is a workout built for everyone. Join us to learn new choreography every week, step-by-step, powered by custom DJ mixes and a true party atmosphere. Disco lights included! 

This isn’t your normal couch to 5k. We focus on a combination of treadmill work to build that aerobic base and supporting strength through targeted exercises and stretches to help you take your running even further. Whether you’re a brand-new runner, just getting back into it, or training for your next marathon, we work with you to help train to avoid injuries, push that V02Max, and keep pounding pavement! Our strategic approach meets for 30 minutes on Tuesdays to focus purely on running, another half hour Thursdays for strength and stretching, and a full hour Sundays to bring it all together. 

Running Foundations

Step

Ready to step it up? Join us for a high-energy, high impact cardio class that combines traditional step aerobics with modern music and choreography. Come ready to sweat and you’ll leave feeling fierce and empowered! John Travolta or Jamie Lee Curtis leotards not required! 

Open Gym

Looking to do your own thing? We got you! We are now offering open gym hours during select days of the week. Use this opportunity to follow the day’s pre-made workout at your own speed or get your pump on as you see fit! Open Gym is limited to our Circuit room, but you can still grab a treadmill, bike, or floor mat to work out how you like.

Weightlifting Foundations

Just getting started? Coming back from an injury? Or only have half an hour to squeeze in a workout? This one is for you. We break down some of the core components of our Strength and Circuit classes to get the most out of your lift. While this class is focused on those new to strength training or who have never been to a gym before, it’s a great fit for anyone looking for a lighter option for whatever reason. Form and safety are instrumental to avoid injury and make the most out of your time. We help you achieve both.
